Initially we will analyse your requirements, our Specialists will put forward ideas and suggestions to leave “no stone unturned.” They will examine your priorities and interests in order to become acquainted with the kind of journey that you are looking for.
• Our Knowledge & Suggestions
Our Specialist Consultants travel regularly to Latin America to obtain first hand knowledge of the hotels, infrastructure and destinations that you will be visiting. They can offer invaluable advice and suggestions for things to see and do while you are there.
• Tailor-made Itinerary & Quotation
We will then prepare a detailed itinerary proposal for you to consider together with a total cost for the services listed: hotels, flights, guides, excursions, transport or cruises. Everywhere we provide English Speaking Guides who will collect you at the airport with our Identity Sign (Click on Veloso above and Identity Guidance), provide local information and support, take you to the hotel, on excursions, visits, reconfirm flights and help you with check-in.
• Fine Tuning & Revised Proposal
We are of course happy to consider your feedback making any improvements that you may consider so as to fine tune the proposal. We will send you a revised itinerary proposal until you are completely happy and looking forward to your Veloso Tours Tailor-made Individual Tour.

• Deposit & Reservation
Once you are happy to proceed, you will pay a deposit and we will proceed to make all the necessary reservations
• Confirmation & Preparation
We will then send you a Confirmation of your itinerary, together with our Travellers Guide with practical information on What to take, Health, Money, Clothing and numerous other suggestions.
• Final Itinerary, Contact Details, Full Payment, Vouchers & Flight Tickets
Once you have paid in full, we will issue the airline tickets, vouchers and prepare a Final Itinerary with the contact details, address and telephone numbers of all the hotels, Veloso Tours Representatives and support information for the whole itinerary.
